We’d like to formally introduce you to the Novin Bridge Program! Whether you have 25 years experience or 2 months, this program is for you! Traditional mentor-mentee programs imply a long-term, senior-junior relationship. Therefore, Novin is stepping away from the traditional mentor-mentee model in order to foster a more personalized learning opportunity. We strongly believe that everyone has something to offer one another no matter their experience level.
